Pendergardens located in St Julian’s consist of two towers one of 17 floors and another one of 15 floors. This building included a mix use of commercial outlets at ground floor including a supermarket, seven floors dedicate for office space and nine residential floors. Adjacent building, Block 17 included eight floors of residential area including 60 apartments. Underlying both blocks there are four car park levels. Mekanika was entrusted to carry out the infrastructure works for both the Towers and the adjacent residential block including Electrical, Plumbing, Lightning, fire-fighting, fire detection, CCTV, Access control, Irrigation, SMATV, Airconditioning and Ventilation. As Mekanika we were entrusted to carry out both the infrastructural and tenant fitout areas including a highly sophisticated chilled cooling and ventilation systems controlled via BMS, centralised plumbing system, electrical power infrastructure amounting to 2000A including vertical power busbars and Dali system lighting and a state of the art server rooms including data infrastructure and gas suppression systems on each level.
